It is the single most profitable business, yielding about 30% cash on cash returns per year.
So what is StorageVault? It's a company that's in the real estate business, that also generates profits. They own their lands, and are acquiring the Canadian competition. They started giving out dividends of .5%, and I'm pretty sure this will increase in the future. If you are looking for a great long-term investment, this one is it.
