What this really reflects is the TOP10 altcoins retracing/correcting soon, they are very likely to continue to lower.
As for the altcoins market in general, including all the other smaller capitalized coins, they can continue to grow after a short initial correction period.
We will see some detachment and lots of change in the coming weeks.
