Declining volume and downtrend - a good sign for a reversal?

Declining volume & downtrend means either a lack of buying interest, which pushes the price lower, or a lack of selling interest, which could eventually push the price up again. Why? Because, the less people want to sell, the less supply there will be, hence, a price increase.

What are your thoughts on TRX?
