Motives
1. For me indices usually interpret RSI reasonably well, in this case,
It testes RSI level 70 2 times already and in the third one, it cracks with the succession in the hourly chart, so we depart with This.

2. In the last 5 days, Dow is up from 34683 to 36544 almost 2000 points usually it does not hurry in that way.

3. All-time high is 35570 so it approximately interviewed it and struggled to traverse that level 3 times. But incapable to crack.
