USDINR FORMING INVERSE CUP AND HANDLE

USDINR is in the formation of "Inverse cup and handle" and forming the handle formation now. Its trading with in the parallel channel after taking support @ 71 levels. Strong resistance seen near 71.55 levels which is moved upside with today's move and yet the levels of 71 acting as strong support. Breaching any side of the channel some big movements can be seen. The blue channel seen in the chart may be traded with proper SL. Previous idea is still active with 71.55 SL. Trade cautiously....... with your proper money management.

Keep strict SL of 71.37 levels on closing basis, if USDINR breaches the resistance, we may see more short covering in this index towards 71.65 levels.
