WTI (USOIL) :: 66 or 59 ?

POC is located at 59, we are flirting with a resistance trendline. Taking into account EIA data to be released in less than 24 hours I would be cautious at this level. We could heading for a double top.

Currently above EMA's so the bullish movement seems appropriate.
