Current market movement is often compared to the beginning of 2015 bull market, as there is a similarity on the logarithmic weekly chart. In 2015, the price did break above the EMA ribbon, formed a triangle much like the one we can find now and went on a massive bull run. Others, on the contrary, compare it to the descending triangle 2017-2018 that resulted in a massive breakout to the downside. Either way, the outcome will be clear very soon and will likely be drastic, as the current triangle pattern has nearly played out.
