the best course of action ... is to be extremely happy if XRP only gets to target 1

the SEC fine is easily covered by cRipple.

Massively bullish for altcoins

IF XRP were to make new highs ,,,, then it gives hope to many many other dead crypto's
and the coins I have mentioned that structures like XRP
