Займёт меньше минуты

Sep 23 Nvidia NVDA board member Mark A. Stevens sold 350,000 shares from his trust holdings on September 19, according to a Form 4 filing with the SEC. The sale, executed at an average price of $176.39, brought in about $61.7 million.

The transaction took place through the Third Millennium Trust, where Stevens and his wife serve as co-trustees. Following the sale, the trust continues to hold 7.4 million Nvidia shares. In addition, Stevens owns 11.5 million shares directly and another 16.1 million through the Envy Trust created in 2021.

In total, his combined holdings amount to roughly 35 million shares, worth about $6.23 billion based on the reported sale price. That underscores his continuing large stake in the chipmaker even after the recent transaction.

Stevens, a longtime Nvidia director and former venture capitalist, has often ranked among the company's most influential shareholders. His decision to sell represents only a small fraction, around 1%, of his overall position, suggesting continued confidence in Nvidia's long-term growth trajectory despite booking gains at near-record levels.

Last week, other Nvidia insiders also sold shares. For full details, visit the GuruFocus Insider page.
