Bonus Issue Record Date - Correction
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group, announces a correction to the record date of the bonus issue to shareholders (the 'Bonus Issue') noted in the announcement of its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 ('Half Year Results Announcement).
In the Half Year Results Announcement, the Company announced the Bonus Issue would be payable to shareholders on the register on 24 September 2025. Such record date is to be amended to the date of the general meeting as detailed in the shareholder circular which will contain the full timetable relating to the Bonus Issue. The shareholder circular will be posted to shareholders and announced in due course.
