This is developing into what looks like a cup and handle formation. there is a trending resistance possibly blocking a big run but a moderate run seems possible.
Fundamentally it is in itially not affected by a possible trade war and could actually benefit from it if "rice" would come into play. Recently being allowed to convert land use for monitization also works as a catalyst
