After the sec announcement the bitcoin have momentum, but the market is still in bearish. There will be bullish within bearish and if you play on the right time can make profit. But if you are a holder and not a day trader, better to buy within 5100 to 5400 as i said still bearish momentum even with a good news appearing.

As always analysis can be mistaken, so make sure to to trade only money that you can loose, doing so can be more intellectual rather than emotional. I remember trading before using my all savings, and i cannot focus on my trading analysis as i become emotional on every news and movement of the chart.
