6 OF 14 (4 hour) candles BOUGHT UP - accumulation at the bottom?

#1: 6 out of the last 14 hours have been getting BOUGHT up by bulls/whales in this zone, prepare yourselves for a leg up to the range highs.
#2: This looks like a bottom being formed IMO. (the wicks show me price action (s/r) is flipping bullish)
Low range has been swept (creating liquidity above & clearing high leveraged players), TA tells me that whales have been accumulating this area for the true bull run of 2020 if we get it. (if the top isn't in)
& if we gain back 10700, 11500, and 12495:
I'm not taking profits on this position until 13800, and not a penny less. My hands are strong on this trade.
