Green horizontals represent potential bitcoin targets , which remains valid as long as bitcoin stays above the blue trendline . I'm also pretty bullish on alts if we follow this scenario .
But , if we SETTLE under it , the red horizontal becomes a possibility . ( I said settle because it could be very well just another bear trap , like the one from 13-17 DEC 2018 )
