I'm not a professional trader but I think I understand some basics and we're simply still in a downtrend - if we break above it with a preferably fully daily candle then we should be good but not yet. The indicators are showing signs of weaknesses.

It looks like people may be more interested in spending time with their families than pumping cryptomarket. Here's a clearer view confirming that we're in a pretty ugly downtrend. The green candle was just a wave and the bottom around $11k is a pretty firm support but if that's broken it will bring us to sub-10k levels quickly.
