BTCUSD set to fall 30%

This crypto pair may be set to drop 30% through Oct. Its previous rally, which failed to produce a new high, only pushed RSI to 60 and the support before that makes the range from 40-60, very bearish. Price action/volatility has been decreasing. I'm not saying there's no value but right now would be a good time to look for a short or sit on the sidelines. The DXY is also gaining strength, bad for this pair.
