CDEV If gets out of resistance, will go up significantly

This is stopped right on the monthly 30MA, but above weekly 20MA
If breaks out, it will go to $6.29... $7.78... 9.19 for the starters.
I would wait a little and buy around the bottom of the current channel, somewhere between 4.28 or 3.70
