The pair seems to be coiling up, which means that a break through one of the sides of the triangle may lead to a further directional move. But even if the rate gets out of the triangle, still, it would need to overcome one of the highlighted areas, before we could slightly more comfortable with a further directional move. This is why be very careful and wait for a clear break.
