The chart is self-explanatory, that's my prediction.
Tech is weakening, virtually every other stock has completed a head and shoulders pattern off the lows, it all struck me tonight. The rotation game has been building those structures under the cover of tech.
When energy is up, it peaks a shoulder, when banks are down, they strike a neckline. Then energy falls to a neckline while banks peak a shoulder. Then they all went up together to form June highs. Then they repeated the rotation game, and that just finished.
I didn't see it all until they were all staring me in the face together at once.
