ETC/BTC looks like it is repeating the same pi RSI pattern from exactly 1 year ago October - November 2021. If you compare the pi RSI pattern around October 22nd 2022 with October 21st 2021, they definitely have very similar attributes. Here's levels on the 1 day chart:
