ETH: ETHEREUM New All Time High

Key Points:
- New ATM of around 950 up from previous 871
- Starting to range seeking new support at previous ATM
- Breakaway from Bitcoin? Not quite yet

Finally, a BLGR breakout worth noting lasting 2 days with a 30%+ gains.
Concerns are as before however:
- Not so sure about Bitcoin ending it's uncertainty, though ranging nicely
- $1k barrier: will Ether break free?

Sitting on the fence on this one. Let's see if it follows the 3/1 Gann fin.
