Time to buy ETH?

Looks like cryptomarket on a positive vibe today. Everything depends on bullish momentum and how long it will remain. In the short term, the technical setup continues pointing up. The chances are high that it will extend, considering that the market loss more than 35% of its average value in recent weeks. No rest.
All the charts shows profitable line and ETH doing better then BTC right now.
I still see the bright future for this market, and in my opinion now its time to buy.
