If you know where to find my technical analysis videos I will upload a video I did discussing ETHUSD when it was at 1,292ish since one could the resistance lines on this chart causing the instrument to stall. Keep in mind the current intraday high for ETH was at 1,299 (on Bitfinex) - and as we all know stalling around round numbers can be a sell signal unto itself and lets not forget the #13 comes into consideration here too.
