I think we still maintain an overall Neutral to Bearish bearish tone if the EURUSD is below 1.1790 .

if EURUSD > 1.1790 == Bullish bias

if EURUSD < 1.1790 == Bearish bias

if EURUSD < 1.1650 == strong Bearish bias

With a bearish engulfing candle on 3-hr chart , we are short until 1.1595
