H4: Strong down impulse
H1: Price engulfed last low and probably will continue downmove. But deep up pullback is still possible.
Should we open long? No. No. and again NO. Never trade against impulse. Anyone who opens long is just a gambler.
What about short? I don't think it's a good idea. We can short on M1 and M5 but if you trade H1 then you should forget about it.
Best desicion is to trade other pairs.
