GBP/CAD Long Ichimoku Trade Idea

This pair has been on my watch list for a while since it entered the cloud. It's attempted some small breakouts, but nothing worth an entry yet. All of our signs are bullish but I want to see a breakout of the strong resistance level at 1.6910 to enter a buy. If we get that breakout, I will target the previous high 1.7126  As always I will only 1-3% of my capital. If any of these bullish signs reverse I will exit the trade if I'm in it, or wait to enter if I haven't.
