LTC/USDT : Breakout from ATH's resistance zone and cylinder

LTC had a breakout from ATH's resistance zone and now it's moving above Livermore's cylinder.
As I mentioned on last LTC's analyzes :

LTC broke the cylinder's higher line and now it's accumulating above it !
There is a expected retest on ATH's resistance zone also.
But major movement is extreme bullish and I expect a leg up around ~700$ level within 4 weeks.
