NASDAQ - New all time high

The Nasdaq 100 index has broken to new all time highs today. Notice how strong rally is coming up again and again after the RSI is leaving oversold territory. Though the RSI is entering into overbought territory it can be overbought for weeks. Volume is good. Notice that MACD has crossed over. It was also the sign of a new rally in the past.

I'm not in a position yet but I will be opening a position on the first red day in NAS100.

I'm getting out of every Nasdaq and S&P 500 index position today.
Something is wrong with stocks. We cannot rally despite the good oil news.
Nasdaq is falling.
