NEO/BTC: Will this be the break?

As BTC falls in price, could there be consolodation into Neo? Breaking the ATH and continuing onward?

I found an interesting pattern using Fib fan.... nice support at 0.38 fan line over past 2 weeks.

MACD Pattern, large volume influx, and ichi moku support on 1D chart.

RSI may drop to lower trend line then rebound.

Possible ceiling at 0.018 Sats? 0.2??

Looking for short position ideas, although, Neo is certainly a strong coin for holding.
