In this situation, it will drop as low as $36, however, that support is not as strong as I'd like it to be, so I'd suggest using dollar cost averaging to buy it on the dips.

It didn't exactly get to $36 but it was pretty close! I'll keep you updated to see when we can get back onto NEO
