BASIC CHART WITH SIMPLE TRENDLINES TO TRACK NIFTY MOVES
THE ABOVE CHARTS CAN BE USED BY BEGINERS TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF TRENDLINES AND HOW THEY CAN EASILY HELP YOU PLAN A TRADE.
Many of people who start with technical analysis make the biggest mistake of not learning the importance of drawing trendlines and they start following random indicators.
if you want to be good in technical analysis then make yourself strong in identifying trends and drawing the basic trendlines. In above chart you will notice how Nifty have respected the green line passing thru the yellow channel and now when we have a prolonged rally for almost a week and nifty is about to test the topmost of yellow channel it may fall back to test green line and gather some strength to breakout of channel.
also notice how ichi cloud support coincides with the green line.
