nfa; due diligence

when emotions are untamed, its easy to fall into the ideas of others;
we grasp onto what comforts us- especially if trust has been built.

but then, i betray myself and those around me,
having allowed negative noise take control;
everything i learned and knew gets scattered and tossed away;

reasons for ones actions can be difficult to understand;
until they are fully away and alone, i can then assess my mistakes, and resume my goal-
a temporary opposite move;

overcome adversity, build resilience.
