es, spy, day trading for July 30th

Today has 2 possible openings, 1st is a gap and go to lower levels, and watch to see how 3000 reacts tot eh market, the other is a pull back to 3011 area and then a further move down to test some of the lower levels marked. I will be watching at open to see if we test higher or just drop, and from there will watch the marked areas and find a trade based on this information. So a opening drop i will look to jump on and if a opening pop will let it do the retrace and short if fail and or get long if we get back into prices above 3016 area.

moved up on open right tot eh 3011 and then dropped. I shorted the NQ at this point because it was the weakest of the major indices. It is now trading in a very tight choppy range and until we move out of this range i will be doing no trades. We maybe content to remain here till FOMC tomorrow.
