TZA this time may be different (inverse IWM)
Been wrong about a correction since feb 10th, thought that may have been the turning point. But this time is different, since we did NOT break through resistance #3 levels. Lower high and lower lows may be the trend, and may be range bound also, but heading lower in stages. TZA corresponding nicely too.
