USDCAD looking bearish in the near term ahead of NFP

As we can see price broke out of the ascending trendline with a strong bearish candlestick which is our confirmation for the sell. Currently price is forming a flag pattern correction which I believe it has the potential to go lower until the marked zones.

From our RSI we could see currently this pairing is in a sell zone (below level 50). We could take this as majority people are in a sell position.

We can look for a short in USDCAD.
