Reasons why I do no think wave 4 is over...
1) Too much pullback
2) Usually In 3rd wave extension 5th wave 61.8 of wave 1 even though that is not a rule...
But the rule says 161.8 of the next longest leg
If 5th wave is the second longest leg than this scenario cannot be true because 3rd wave is not big enough..
Thus I think we are in the 4th wave still after it is done we should see a move that will take the high on 3rd wave

We all know how rising asset prices makes people think they are richer than they actually do...
