Based on 1H ichimoku and MACD divergence
The metal signalled sell at 1292.41 with SL at 1295.79 or above.
Gold is currently consolidating within the turbulance zone and attempting a retracement to towards 1291.99
At 1292.41 the TK crossed bearish above the cloud and 5 hours later at 1287 the Kumo Twist occured. Although the price is within the cloud, which indicate a WEAK sell signal.
As the TK and Price is still within the Cloud the sell signal is weak I have taken a small short position, I will add more to my short if the Chiku Span, Price and TK is able to cross the cloud and closes outside the cloud safely by the finish of the Asian Session.
So for now I am short at 1292.00 SL 1292.21 TL 1270.88.
However, as long as Gold do not close above 1301.50 the potential to test 1264 is highly likely. Alternative scenario, above 1301.50 look for further upside of 1314 and 1321.00
