BTC's 2021 ATH - POTENTIAL HYPERWAVE'... Running out of POWER!

We might be looking at the ending moments of a Hyperwave losing its power to a fully Open Sky, maybe there is no powers left to break through the roofs for the time being, but we are still on a undecisive area right above the Hyperwave's breakpoint, which means it can still run up if the Bulls fill it with more Power. Otherwise, if nothing is done, I can only assume that we have set our ATH for 2021 and are going to meet phase 3 or Phase 2 of the Hyperwave.
