XRP gets a D+ failed to break past .38/34 and could head to .28

The weekly shows XRP failed to break past .38 and dropped to .32
The retest of . 34 also failed and XRP is heading back down .
Anything is possible in the wacky crypto space and and XRP could bounce off .32 yet again and take another shot at .34.
However my thought is XRP may move to .29 /.28 for a very strong bounce upwards
