XVC is one of those fractal nature coins that makes crazy breakouts when it leaves its consolidation triangles. XVC is at accumulation level so looks like there is no interest and people are extremely depressed, see no hope and call it dead, this is EXACTLY where whales are looking to accumulate for the next big run.
