BGX Scalper Liquidity Zones (15m) v2.1BGX Scalper Liquidity Zones is a scalping indicator that highlights liquidity areas where stops are most likely placed and liquidations tend to occur. The indicator builds an “orderbook proxy” — a model of probable liquidity based on local price extremes, volume, and repeated level clustering. Important: Pine Script does not have access to the real exchange order book. These zones are a calculated liquidity model, not direct DOM or liquidation data. WHAT THE INDICATOR SHOWS Purple zones (Seller zones) represent liquidity above price. These are typically areas where short stops get taken or liquidity is collected above local highs. Green zones (Buyer zones) represent liquidity below price. These are typically areas where long stops get taken or liquidity is collected below local lows. The less transparent a zone is, the stronger it is. Zone strength increases when: the level forms on elevated volume the level repeats (equal highs / equal lows clustering) The indicator automatically merges nearby levels into a stronger combined liquidity zone. To avoid chart clutter, only the nearest N zones above and below price are displayed (Show only nearest N zones per side). ACTIVE TARGET (Magnet) The indicator can highlight one priority zone: Trend — if EMA fast is above EMA slow, upper liquidity has priority; if below, lower liquidity has priority. Nearest — the closest zone is highlighted. Off — no active target highlighting. HOW TO USE FOR SCALPING Targets Price often moves toward the nearest liquidity zone. If the market is rising, the nearest purple zone can act as a target. If the market is falling, the nearest green zone can act as a target. Liquidity Sweep and Reaction After price enters a strong zone, it is common to see: a false breakout (liquidity grab) a sharp impulse followed by a pullback a reclaim back above/below the level The indicator removes a zone after its midpoint is touched (Delete zone when MID touched), meaning liquidity is considered collected.
