And all those projects who did Token Sales - ICO, IDO, IEO and other, did fundraising and sold tokens to funds, did airdrops, token burning - this is all a big problem for crypto projects by the SEC(The United States Securities and Exchange Commission)

SEC Names Crypto Assets It Considers Securities 🧐

Applying the criteria of the "Howie test" to the cryptocurrency market, the SEC concluded that 37 tokens meet the definition of securities. This means that one must comply with securities laws when interacting with them.
